Seeing the sign buy ceramic tile in the store we visited, we now realize we should have gone in that direction instead of the other direction we very foolishly took–towards the man-made stuff (junk) that is promoted to be “as good as” the real thing. There is no way it could be, and we found this out the hard way by purchasing this terrible rip-off that gave “tile” a bad name.
I rue the day that I didn’t do my proper research on this product. We got burned big time and when it started to show wear badly by about the first month of ownership, it dawned on us we got duped into a bad product by the advertising. We even asked if this stuff would hold up by where our coal stove was situated. “No problem!” said the one who wanted to make some money off the sale.
Well, that was an out and out lie we soon found out.
